Cancellation and Refunds Policy Should you for any reason wish to cancel your registration and or booking you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise the ISPN 2008 Congress Office in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original transaction. Notification of cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to the Congress Office in writing by 26 September 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Please clearly state full name and banking details - refunds will be deposited directly into a bank account. All refunds will be made directly after the congress. Note: We advise all delegates to keep copies of their Registration Form and proof of payment, whether by credit card, electronic or bank transfer, or cheque. Payment Options and Pricing All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). ISPN 2008 reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
